Metric Name Description
Major Incidents Count of major Incidents that are opened in the last 30 days
CI Hotspots Count of CIs where the Major Incident Growth Rate is 20% greater than the month prior to last 30 days
Growth Rate (% Major Incidents Growth Rate) Percentage of growth rate of Major Incidents in the last 30 days as compared to the month prior to 30 last days.
CIs At Risk Count of CIs where the major Incident probability percentage is greater than 50%
Major Incident Probability Captures the major Incident probability for an open Incident as predicted by the Major Incident Prediction model
Major Incident Probability Growth Percentage of growth rate of Major Incident Probability on the current day as compared to the probability on the 30th day of the last month
Unplanned Outages Total number of unplanned outages in the last 30 days
Unplanned Downtime (Hours) Total time, in hours lost to downtime due to unplanned outages
Impacted CI Availability Availability percentage of CIs in the last 30 days that were impacted by outages.
Unplanned Outages Growth Rate Percentage of growth rate of unplanned Outages in the last 30 days as compared to the month prior to 30 last days
MTTR (Hours) Average of time taken to resolve Incidents in the last 30 days
Major Incident SLA Percentage of closed major Incidents that have met all SLAs in the last 30 days
