Change Failure Factors dashboard

The Change Failure Factors dashboard helps you predict the outcome of a Change through a set of configured failure factors. The failure factor values of closed unsuccessful changes enable you to identify the possible causes for a failure, thereby, helping you plan for a successful implementation.

You can use the filters in the dashboard to analyze changes related to Departments, specific Assignment Group Manager Level 1, Primary CI Class, Primary CI, or Change Failure Flag.

Important: In the Change Failure Flag filter, the N flag includes all successful changes, the Y flag includes all unsuccessful changes, and the X flag includes all changes neither successful or unsuccessful. By default, the dashboard is set to include Y and N flags to portray explicit information.

CFP Failure Factors

The CFP Failure Factors page enables you to view and monitor the outcome a change through graph, KPIs and top eight failure factors that are determined by the Change Failure Prediction ML model.

On the bottom left corner of the dashboard, click CFP Failure Factor Details to navigate to the CFP Failure Factor Details page.

The CFP Failure Factor Details page enables you to analyze change through various change parameters that helps predict the outcome of the change.

Closed Changes Count of all closed changes
Failure Rate Percentage of unsuccessful changes
Unsuccessful Changes Total number of unsuccessful changes
Overall Failure Rate Percentage of unsuccessful changes as compared to all the closed changes
Low Failure Rate

Specifies the lower threshold value for failure rate

Med Failure Rate

Specifies the medium threshold value for failure rate

High Failure Rate Specifies the higher threshold value for failure rate
