CI Relationship Downstream

CI Relationship Downstream iCube enables you to create ad hoc reports that help you to get insights into the number of impacted CIs due to a change in an application or a business service. For example, if there is a change in the business email service, the corresponding dependent CIs (email servers) are also be impacted.

Attribute Name	Description
Parent CI Name(Downstream)	Name of the Parent configuration item in the downstream relationship
Parent CI Operational Status(Downstream)	Operational status of the parent configuration item in this downstream relationship For example, Operational, Non-operational, Repair-in Progress, DR Standby, Ready, and Retired
Parent CI Class(Downstream)	Class of the parent configuration item in the downstream relationship
DownStream Relationship Level	Level of relationship between parent and child configuration items in this record
DownStream Path	Downstream relationship path between parent and child configuration items in this record
Child CI Name(Downstream)	Name of the child configuration item in the downstream relationship. This configuration item can either belong to class Application or Business Service. It can be configured as per business requirements
Child CI Operational Status(Downstream)	Operational status of the child configuration item in this downstream relationship. For example, Operational, Non-operational, Repair-in Progress, DR Standby, Ready, and Retired
Child CI Class(Downstream)	Class of the child configuration item in the downstream relationship
